Our client is a leading financial institution with a strong oil & gas team. This team is looking to hire an experienced M&A Director with specific experience of Oil & Gas.
The team are origination specialists with a focus on Europe, Afica, the Middle East and the former Soviet Union.They have excellent deal flow with an already established and successful team. They are looking for an experienced director to help them capitalise on this success and to help them grow further.
The successful candidate must have a proven deal track record with direct responsibility and involvement in those deals. A strong knowledge of oil & gas corporate finance generally but particularly M&A is also a must. Russian language skills are desirable but not essential.
