The implementation and facilitation of a strong performance management solution
Drive and manage the sales team to deliver results
Mentor and coach individuals to exceed expectations
Responsibility for recruitment, training and staff retention
Create and deliver solutions that benefit the team, client and the business.
Successful applicants will need to demonstrate;
Previous management experience gained in a sales environment.
A genuine passion or experience in the motor industry
Strong leadership skills
Ability to think out side of the square
Customer focused with a high level of business acumen.
