Exciting opportunities to join a highly successful,rapidly growing software pricing & analytics vendor in solution sales.
Requires solid understanding of derivatives/structured products.Background in derivatives trading, structuring, software sales or consultancy.
The candidate will be expected to manage a portfolio of demanding clients and take the sales process through from initial contact to contract closure. Business Knowledge: Knowledge of Interest Rate Derivatives including Exotics; Caps/Floors; Swaps; Swaptions; Bond Options; etc. Candidates offering domain expertise in Credit Derivatives (CDS, CDOs, Synthetics, Baskets, Index Products) is considered as a plus. Knowledge of curve construction and market data is also a plus. Communication Skills: Exemplary communications skills. Must be able to work in global high-pressure environment. Candidate should be a self-starter with the ability to work independently while coordinating with a globally distributed sales and development team. You must possess a solid understanding of complex financial derivatives and the quantitative processes behind the pricing of these exotic options. You must be proficient in communicating with traders, risk managers, quants and senior IT managers. The successful candidate will have knowledge of and contacts within EMEA dealing and asset management industry. Hedge Fund contacts are valuable. The roles are London based, but the company is open to considering a local base as long as training can take place in London. Relevant language skills would be consider a plus.
