The right background could include:
Training with a leading investment bank in either leveraged finance or M&A.
Buy side experience focused on the credit or distressed debt markets.
Strong understanding of fundamental valuation methodology.
Extensive deal experience specifically with turnaround or distressed situations.
Additional European languages a bonus.
