The preference for the firm would be to recruit Generalist Small / Mid Cap Equity Sales people who have the ability to leverage the strength of the bank’s name and performance with not only existing clients but your own list of institutional and high net worth clients.

Key attributes required would be:
A minimum of 3 to 4 years within Equity Sales. Ideally at another UK focused mid-cap broker or investment bank.
You must have a solid list of client contacts you could hit the ground running with in both Hedge Funds and long only Funds. Whilst every effort will be made to ensure that you start with a warm desk, the firm are only interested in meeting with people who have already developed relationships.
A tenacious and astute approach to sales and strong financial acumen.
