Working as a key business partner to high profile clients, you will have the chance to develop your expertise in advisory work in the sales, service and marketing functions, as well as in CRM delivery and implementation. This is a key transitional role from delivery to management; you’ll be able to put your own creative ideas into practice as you take ownership of deliverables and resources on transformation projects, and hone your commercial skills.

Taking a lead on project work, you will be continually encouraged to devise innovative solutions, to help our clients with customer-focused strategy definition through operational business process improvement, customer analytics and revenue growth strategies to detailed technology implementations like Siebel, Onyx, salesforce.com.
We take an independent and consultative approach to our client work, adopting a collaborative style and helping clients understand the range of suppliers and partners in the marketplace to maximise the value of their customer relationships.
 
You will benefit from accelerating your skills in the sales process, as you will develop your capability in managing budgets, forecasting, and contributing to bid and proposal work. Our environment is entrepreneurial, meritocratic, and team-focused.
The role involves:
 
  • Leading the delivery of key transformation projects focusing on CRM consulting, marketing/brand strategy, sales strategy, customer service and contact centres.
  • Managing key client stakeholders relationships and leading teams of Deloitte and client personnel.
  • Leading the delivery of client work, articulating strategy and vision to client stakeholders.
  • Taking responsibility for projects, budgets and client deliverables
  • Development of client bids and presentations of proposals.
 
To qualify, you must possess:
 
  • Expertise in relation to the sales, service or marketing functions of an organization
  • Expertise in systems implementations, involving the full development lifecycle from analysis through design, build and test to deployment
  • A track record of managing and delivering complex projects and teams
  • A graduate degree or equivalent project experience
  • Skills in Customer and channel strategy, marketing analytics, brand/loyalty management, Siebel, Onyx, salesforce.com
  • Good commercial awareness, excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Full travel mobility
