M&G is the third largest fund manager in the UK and the investment arm of the Prudential with £169 billion under management. We are a City based company with a record of investment excellence and innovation stretching back over more than 60 years. We are looking for a small number of graduates to join a number of business areas after completing rotational placements. The scheme will begin October 2008.

The Business Management Graduate Scheme
The scheme will be based within M&G’s Retail distribution business which sells mutual funds to clients across the globe, and has experienced significant growth in the last few years both in the UK and across Europe and Asia. The business is ambitious to continue this fantastic growth, and in order to build our talent for the future this scheme intends to create a pipeline of business-literate graduates interested in building a career within a dynamic and growing business. This could result in a career in a number of business areas, such as Sales, Marketing, Product Development, Strategic Planning, Operations or Compliance.
You will join a 12 month rotational scheme which will give you wide exposure to all of our core business areas, which will give you a solid grounding and insight into how M&G’s business work, and the opportunities it can offer you.
What can we offer you?
We provide a comprehensive graduate scheme lasting approximately 12 months. We offer a competitive remuneration and benefits package, as well as professional and technical training to build on your previous experience or post-graduate training. In addition to the above training, you will be mentored by an experienced individual in the business to provide you with support in your career both during and after the scheme.
How can you apply?
To join us you will need to possess a minimum of 340 UCAS points, and a 2.1 degree or equivalent. Relevant industry work experience or other evidence of an interest in investment management, and language skills would be an advantage.
You must also have the permanent right to work and live in the UK without restriction.
