We are currently looking to attract an outstanding CEO for a very successful expanding financial firm in Singapore or Dubai.
This organization has a long pedigree of growth and profitability.
They are now looking to expand their business interests in both these regions with the recruitment of a CEO.
Role-
· You will have full P&L accountability and man management responsibility.
· Total control of all compliance and administration of the business.
· Reports will include GM and Team Leaders.
· Ultimate sign off on all new business.
· Working with senior managers on providing strategic direction and growth opportunities.
· Ultimate responsibility for relationships with all government bodies including the MAS, the Immigration Department and the Inland Revenue.
· Maintenance of profitability and potential acquisition integration.
Requirements-
· You are currently working in the wealth management/private banking/ Banking/ Insurance industry and have a successful and demonstrable track record of achievement.
· Knowledge of local markets throughout Asia will be enviable.
· Minimum 10 years of experience in terms of Business and Man Management.
· Excellent communication skills.
