As a fund administrator supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising and developing fund administration staff, responding to client inquiries, and supporting tax and financial reporting departments. The core responsibilities of this position include: directing staff activities in monitoring daily fund's compliance with investment restrictions detailed in the Prospectus, Statement of Additional Information, Investment Company Act of 1940 and provide detailed review of results; directing staff activities in monitoring monthly fund's compliance with the income&diversification requirements of the Internal Revenue Code for qualification as a regulated investment company and provide detailed review of results; reviewing periodic income distributions and assist tax department in preparing excise distributions in accordance with the prospectus and distribution requirements of the Internal Revenue Code; reviewing fund expense projections and accruals prepared by staff on a monthly basis; reviewing monthly billings for advisory and administration fees prepared by staff; responding to client inquiries; reviewing periodic financial statements and total return performance reports; directing staff activities and assist in preparation of reports which provide fund's board of directors and fund management with timely, essential and accurate reporting of fund operations (including financial statements, portfolio characteristics, compliance summaries, etc.) with monthly management reporting and quarterly board reporting; providing data to financial reporting in the completion of quarterly, semi-annual, and annual reports to shareholders, reviewing and monitor work assigned to fund administrators as needed; addressing staff inquiries on technical issues and provide guidance on resolution, training and coaching fund administrators as needed and give appropriate feedback; preparing performance reviews; assisting manger in interviewing candidates and making hiring decisions; working with the fund's legal counsel and outside auditors with regard to filings, examinations, and reporting; assisting manager in special projects as assigned.

Qualifications
